إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَرْفَعُ بِهَذَا الْكِتَابِ أَقْوَامًا وَيَضَعُ بِهِ آخَرِينَ
The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said, "Indeed Allah, through this Book, raises some peoples and lowers others."
